The traditional Halloween pumpkin that can be used for cooking as well. Pumpkins require lots of room to grow. Once a few fruit have begun to develop on the vines, trim off the ends to encourage the fruit to grow larger.
Grown in a 3.5 inch pot
The smaller fruit developed later will not ripen on time so it is better to have the plants energy going to the first fruits developed. Protect from frost in the fall.
